Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) Will be Released on April 21, 2016

According to the official release schedule, the toolchain will be uploaded in two days from the moment of writing this article, on October 29, and the first Alpha build (only for opt-in flavors) will arrive on the last day of the year, December 31, 2015. Then, the development cycle will continue with a second Alpha build on January 28, 2016, and the first Beta release should land on February 25. Both milestones will be available only for opt-in flavors.
