China Mobile and Canonical’s Ubuntu developer contest took place over a period of six months, during which aspiring application developers had to create the most awesome apps for Ubuntu for phones. Besides the regular contest, there were also online and offline training sessions carried out by Canonical, where attendees had the possibility to learn new things about its mobile OS.
