Ubuntu Touch OTA-4 Update Arrives Next Week Based on Ubuntu 15.04

At that point in time, we told you that the OTA-4 update will arrive on your Ubuntu phones by the end of May or at the beginning of June. Unfortunately, the Ubuntu Touch team is still working on patching the last remaining bugs, so they’ve postponed the update for the week of June 8. The good news, however, is that OTA-4 is the first update to upgrade the base of the Ubuntu Touch mobile operating system from Ubuntu 14.10 (Utopic Unicorn) to Ubuntu 15.04 (Vivid Vervet).
