Because the Ubuntu Touch developers can’t stop implementing changes in the OTA-9.5 hotfix, it looks like it just transformed from a small and painless hotfix into a full-featured software update that might just bring more goodies than the OTA-9 update brought, but it could see a slight delay for the final release planned for February 10, 2016.
