The Ubuntu QA team managed to finish the testing of the Release Candidate image of the Ubuntu Touch OTA-9 update, and concluded that two issues need now to be fixed by before the final release gets out. The issues are affecting the QtMir and Unity 8 components, but the good news is that they’re working on a fix for both of them, which should soon land in the repositories, so Ubuntu Phone users need not to worry.
