Ubuntu Touch to Get a New Thumbnailer and WPA-Enterprise Support

Ae can report that a lot of work has been done for a brand-new thumbnailer, especially when used with GStreamer to create screenshots of video streams. Ubuntu Touch will also get support for WPA-Enterprise in both the network indicator and system settings, Snappy Scope integration tests were added, and various improvements were done for the developer-oriented documentation for the Go Scope bindings.
