Ubuntu Touch to Get a New Thumbnailer for WPA-Enterprise Support

We can report that a lot of work has been done for a brand-new thumbnailer, especially when used with GStreamer to create screenshots of video streams. Users and developers are being asked to test the new thumnailer and report any bugs they may encounter. More work was done for refunds in the Wily Werewolf (Ubuntu 15.10) branch, which should also land in the Vivid series soon.
