Ubuntu Touch to Receive Web App Notifications and Oxide Improvements

The Web notifications branch has been reviewed so it will soon be integrated into Ubuntu Touch, along with improvements to the push notification branch, which should be capable of using the permission API. Last but not least, the Oxide video player received a command-line options to support external players, a brand-new API for setting headers into the media player, as well as unit and integration tests.
