Ubuntu Tweak 0.8.5 Fixes Ubuntu 13.04 Issues

Ubuntu Tweak 0.8.5 is mainly a bugfix release, which fixes the “Browse as root” script error, a crash that occurred when the software list was updated, as well as inaccurate German translation for reporting a bug. Ubuntu Tweak 0.8.5 also fixes two issues specific to the Ubuntu 13.04 (Raring Ringtail) distribution, such as a bug in window configurations and fonts selector, and the ability to change the window theme. Ubuntu 13.04 users will now be able to re-position the window control button and set the window theme and font.
