the reason that Fernand Sarrat, former CEO of Linuxcare, is no
longer at his job.”

“Speculation about the reasons for the company’s action focused
on questions of financial mismanagement.”

“But Sarrat’s conduct with one of his employees may have been
the real problem, according to a source familiar with the actions
taken last week at Linuxcare, which is based in San Francisco.
Linuxcare would not comment on employee matters, the spokesman
said.”
