VirtualBox 4.1.16 Has Support for Linux Kernel 3.4

VirtualBox 4.1.16 comes with compile fixes for the recently released Linux kernel 3.4, as well as a correction for the help path in some RPM-based packages. Another important fix, this time for the Solaris platforms, is support for XOrg Server 1.11 and 1.12.
