It will be located under Settings – Tabs – New Tab Page – Control by Extension. It’s here to improve your productivity, but also to help you do all sorts of things like checking various timezones or searching motivational quotes. A lot of new tab extensions are available for you to try, and it looks like you’ll also be able to install third-party extensions to customize the new tab as you see fit.
