Watch: Applying the Ubuntu Touch OTA-5 Update on BQ Aquaris E4.5

The biggest change is that the Unity 8 user interface of Ubuntu Touch now supports full-shell rotation. Additionally, some of the icons have been updated, there are multiple telephony and network improvements, and translations were updated for all supported languages. Moreover, OTA-5 comes with the Mir 0.13.3 display server, platform-api 3, new Ubuntu UI Toolkit version, and up-to-date core apps.
