The second point release of UCS is available.

A special highlight concerns the management of services and Apps that are operated in public cloud services such as the Amazon Marketplace. Services installed on UCS can now be accessed directly without any further configuration effort.

Other innovations include:

An overall improved look & feel of the Univention Management Console.

Simplified administration, e.g., through easy duplication of users and groups, and optimized error and alert messages.

Automated creation of virtual appliances for App vendors.

An Appliance can be equipped with the vendor’s individual
corporate design.

Software updates for OpenLDAP, Samba, MySQL, PostgreSQL.

Updated Linux kernel to version 4.9.33 for higher security and stability.

New feature “App Setttings” for the configuration of Apps via text forms.
