Based on last week’s Wine 1.9.23 development release, Wine Staging 1.9.23 is here today, November 16, 2016, to improve the Certificate Revocation List (CRL) check logic for better support of Ubisoft’s Uplay digital distribution client on GNU/Linux distributions. Being based on Wine 1.9.23, Wine Staging 1.9.23 inherits all of its new features and improvements, among which we can mention the HID bus support for Apple’s latest macOS Sierra 10.12 operating system, color font support in Direct2D, the addition of extra color formats in Direct3D, and MSI uninstallation improvements.
