Xubuntu 13.10 Beta 2 Released with Updated Documentation

Just like the previous Beta release, Xubuntu 13.10 Beta 2 is powered by Linux kernel 3.11, and introduces gtk-theme-config, a utility that lets users to easily change their theme colors, an updated version of the xfce4-settings tool, which brings a new dialog to set up your displays, and a working LightDM greeter.
