Xubuntu 19.04 Drops Support for 32-Bit Systems, Ships with Xfce 4.13.3 Desktop

Xubuntu 19.04 is here as the first release of the lightweight Ubuntu flavor based on the Xfce desktop environment to no longer offer 32-bit ISO images that would allow users to install the Linux-based operating system on computers from 15 or 20 years ago. Xubuntu 19.04 is now only supported on 64-bit systems. Featuring the same internal improvements implemented by Canonical in Ubuntu 19.04 (Disco Dingo), the Xubuntu 19.04 release ships with the latest Xfce 4.13.3 desktop environment and several new components, including the GIMP image editor, AptURL utility for installing DEB packages from URLs, as well as LibreOffice Impress and Draw.
