Caxton lets you send URLs to your Ubuntu-powered device from any web browser (see below for details). In addition, there’s a Caxton API (Application Programming Interface) that can handle push notifications, which means that you can use it to send messages to any Ubuntu Phone app or integrate push sends into your desktop apps.
