Once the domain of the renegades at slashdot.org, Linux is
clearly no longer the rogue OS.
That coverage is undoubtedly due to two things. First, the
so-called cyber-trial of the century — the Department of Justice
vs. Microsoft — during which the lawyers will most likely argue
the threat posed by Linux and other challengers to Windows
dominance. Second is the recent show of support from a handful of
vendors that are sometimes referred to as the ABM, or the
anything-but-Microsoft consortium.
