Zorin OS 12.1 Education Edition Makes Learning Better and More Impactful

Zorin OS 12.1 Education Edition is based on the same Ubuntu release as the other official Zorin OS 12 variants, and it ships with some of the latest and greatest GNU/Linux technologies and Open Source software, as well as a layer of educational apps that promise to make learning better and more impactful. Being based on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus), Zorin OS 12.1 Education Edition inherits its long-term supported Linux 4.8 kernel, which Canonical maintains with security patches for five years, until April 2021, offering support for the latest hardware components, so you can deploy the OS on all sort of computers, new and old.
