AXENT’s Smart Security
Architecture is designed to roll up the many facets of security
across multiple platforms, including Linux, and across e-security
disciplines such as vulnerability assessment, intrusion detection,
authentication, firewalls and VPNs. Near-term Linux support plans
include joint product development initiatives for AXENT’s Raptor(R)
Firewall technology and delivery of a synchronization agent for
Linux with AXENT’s PassGo(TM) solutions. AXENT is also planning
Linux versions of its market-leading Raptor VPN Server and Raptor
Firewall, Enterprise Security Manager(TM), WebDefender(TM),
Intruder Alert(TM) and NetProwler(TM) solutions as well.”
