Typically, Mozilla does not release incremental Firefox browser updates unless there is an urgent security or bug fix, but the Firefox 33.1 browser which was released on November 10 is an exception. Firefox 33.1 is  a special release for Mozilla in that it closely coincides with the tenth anniversary of the Firefox 1.0 release, back on November 9, 2004.
