Easy Software Products today announced the 1.1.14
release of the Common UNIX Printing System (“CUPS”), an
IPP/1.1-based printing system for UNIXCUPS 1.1.14 is a security release that fixes two buffer overflow
bugs in the IPP code. The new release also adds a Swedish message
catalog and support for the Linux devfs printer devices, fixes
MacOS X build problems, fixes a problem in cupsaddsmb with some
versions of SAMBA, and adds compatibility with an IBM
implementation of IPP.”
