“This week, advisories were released for NEdit, gftp, rpmdrake,
kdelibs, gnupg, FreeBSD kernel, mount, and openssl. The vendors
include EnGarde, Immunix, FreeBSD, Mandrake, Progeny, and Red Hat.
If you have not already noticed, we have chosen to modify the
format of this newsletter. Rather than sort vulnerabilities by
specific vendor, we now sort each advisory by vulnerability. We
believe that this method of formatting will help you get the
information that you need quicker. As always, we want to hear what
you have to say about this. How can we make this newsletter better
for you? Please send your comments to:
newsletter-admins@linuxsecurity.com “
