LinuxStart.Com has just
completed a major overhaul and enhancement of the Linux Focused
Message Forums Section. http://linuxstart.com/messageforums.php3

With super clean design, easy-of-use and Linux Focused Topics,
as well as the abilty to dynamically add new forums, LinuxStart.Com
hopes that users will find it a useful place to help others, seek
advise and just have fun!

Garry Dolley, LinuxStart Webmaster stated “We are very aware
other forums exist, and we felt that the only way our forums would
flourish is if they were feature-rich, easy-to-use and well
organized, I hope our hard work shows.” ” And besides the person
who posts the most each week gets a free LinuxStart T-shirt, and a
T-Shirt will also go to the ‘best post,’ in our humble
opinion.”

This greatly enhanced section, will promote interaction and
discussion from Linux Users, Newbie and Pros alike from ’round the
world..’

“These forum provide a convenient spot on LinuxStart for
visitors, to post questions and get quick responses from others in
the Linux Community.” One option allows all responses to your post
to be sent to you via e-mail as soon as they are posted.

“As we have a lot of visitors, the chance are somebody will get
you a quick answer,” said Dolley

The follow sections are included : Admin Talk – with sections on
such topics as Apache, General SysAdmin, Peripherals, Security and
Sendmail. The General Sections includes: Classified Ads, Distro
Chat ( very popular) and such additional fun categories as Linux
Girls, Microsoft Headaches, and Linux Jokes.

A new hardware section boasts sections on Keyboard, Modems ,
Motherboards , Network Adapters and more.

The separate sections will keep the discussion focused and
useful for users who wish to browse the sections at a later
date.

The Kernel section includes a discussion for upgrading
/compiling, multiprocessors, and the ever popular thread talk!

The newbie section includes : a sections for general questions,
an ‘How Do I’ section as well as a section on installation
help.

LinuxStart.Com also provides a very well organized and growing
