“Butler International, Inc., (Nasdaq: BUTL) announced today that
its Butler Technology Solutions Division (BTS) upgraded its
application testing facility to support Linux based testing for
applications. This upgrade further enhances testing capability of
Butler’s 60 production servers in its Atlanta based
state-of-the-art facility.”

“The addition of Linux will allow Butler to test many aspects of
security, and performance of web servers and eCommerce
applications. BTS Quality Assurance (QA) testing of web
applications will help to prevent Internet security leaks and
performance problems while providing an unbiased independent
authority. In addition to Linux based testing, BTS QA offers
multiple test environments featuring client server, web, Unix, NT
and automation testing. The benefits of Butler’s performance
testing are numerous, including: predicting how systems will behave
and perform; identifying and isolating the bottlenecks in systems;
combating application scalability surprises and providing results
from an independent testing entity….”

“Michael Stewart, National Director for the BTS QA Practice
stated, “Our QA Practice is very excited about deploying Linux into
our lab facility. Linux provides us with a unique opportunity
to deploy low cost solutions to support our services, and our
clients. The low total cost of ownership, combined with the open
architecture of the operating system, gives us the ability to
provide more value to our customers.
