“Ennovate Networks Inc. and Ensim Corporation today announced a
joint marketing and technology partnership that will, for the first
time, enable service providers to target the high-margin
opportunity of outsourcing business-class IP services within a
flexible, scalable and standards-based networking environment.
Ennovate is a leading provider of carrier-class, multi-service edge
switching platforms and Ensim is a leading provider of
infrastructure products for the application hosting market.”

“The joint solution combines the Ennovate Envoy(TM) 1600
multi-services switch and the Ennovate EnSight(TM) Service
Automation System with Ensim’s ServerXchange(TM) application
hosting platform. It will allow service providers to automate the
deployment of hosted application services, such as web hosting,
video conferencing and Internet telephony, over network-based IP
virtual private networks (VPN) for their business customers.”

“Ensim’s ServerXchange, the industry’s first and
most-comprehensive offering of application-hosting infrastructure
products available to service providers, instantly turns any server
running Linux, Solaris or NT into multiple private servers.

These virtual servers are linked to a virtual router on the
Ennovate Envoy 1600 platform that provides the network-based IP VPN
infrastructure. Service providers employing ServerXchange and the
Envoy 1600 can guarantee security and application quality of
service to multiple businesses without dedicating an entire
physical server to each customer.”
