financial transactions. Is Linux ready for E-commerce?”

“In order to perform an accurate analysis of the capabilities of
Linux as a production E-commerce server, we need to establish some
requirements for an E-commerce platform. A reasonable set of
requirements for an E-commerce server are high performance, network
security, scalability, a wide variety of E-commerce applications
and integration with legacy systems.”
