Sydney Morning Herald: Mozilla Only Partly Vulnerable to IE Flaw

“The Mozilla browser is partially vulnerable to a URL spoofing
flaw which affects Internet Explorer, according to a post at the
MozillaZine site.

“A test for the vulnerability has been provided by the Secunia
security site; running one’s mouse pointer over the link shows the
spoofed address at the left-hand bottom of both Mozilla and Mozilla
Firebird, on both Linux and Windows.

“However, unlike IE, clicking on this test link does not bring
up the spoofed URL in the address bar when one uses Mozilla and
Mozilla Firebird…”
