VA Linux Research today announced more details to it
pending IPO. VA applied to become a public company back in October
of this year.

“The company will be offering 4.4 million of its common shares
with 39.7 outstanding shares. The company expects to price the
shares between $11 to $13. The company is planning to raise $65.8
million.”

“However, at today’s market prices, the company’s market
capitalization can easily exceed $476.4 million on first day of
trade.”
