Alan S. Knitowski, President, Chief Executive Officer &
Co-Founder and founding board member of the International
Softswitch Consortium will present a paper on Open Source
Telephony, Linux OS and Telephony Applications, Open Source
Protocols – SIP, MGCP, RTP, H.323, Linux and Packet Switched
Telephony/VoIP.

“Prior to his establishing Vovida Networks, Alan has had line
management and consulting experience for both technology based
companies and the military. His private sector experience includes
telecommunications, computer storage devices, computer hardware,
networking equipment and specialty wiring devices while his public
sector experience includes a tour in the United States Army Corps
of Engineers.”
