company as its president and chief operating officer. He will be
responsible for sales, marketing, engineering, business development
and human resources and will direct the company through its next
phase of corporate growth and development. Swift brings to the
position twenty years of experience in the electronics industry in
management roles that span engineering, marketing, sales and
general management. He has specialized in both startup and
turn-around situations and has a successful track record of
establishing market leadership in high-growth businesses.”

“Prior to joining the company, Swift was vice president and
general manager of Cirrus Logic’s Magnetic Storage Division,
responsible for the award-winning 3Ci family of highly-integrated
chips.
Previously Swift served as vice president and general
manager of Cirrus’ Optical Storage Division and was also vice
president and general manager of its PC Products Division. During
his tenure Cirrus Logic experienced substantial business success in
all three of these businesses and achieved the #1 market position
in both its PC Audio and CD-RW components.”
