Linux kernel developer Matthew Garrett has revised his work around improving power management for modern Intel systems via SATA.

Around a year ago Matthew Garrett was working to improve Serial ATA power management for recent Intel generations of Intel hardware (Haswell and newer) but he ran into some SATA errors he was unable to reproduce himself.
