Netrunner 14.2 LTS is based on the latest Kubuntu/Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS (Trusty Tahr) operating system, which means that it inherits its 3.13.0-62 kernel packages, and it’s running the KDE4 Software Compilation desktop environment. The second-point release of Netrunner 14 LTS comes with the recently announced Mozilla Firefox 40.0.3 web browser, as well as with the Mozilla Thunderbird 31.6.0 email and news client.
