How to dual-boot Linux Mint Debian Edition and Windows 7

“Linux Mint Debian Edition (LMDE) is the branch of Linux Mint that is based on Debian Testing. While two editions have been released so far, the installer is still a work in progress, and disk partitioning must be done manually. In this article, step-by-step instructions are presented on how to dual-boot LMDE and Windows 7 on a computer with a single hard disk.
