InformationWeek: Intel Takes Stake In Linux Vendor

“Microprocessor giant Intel has purchased a 6% stake in eSoft, a
developer of Linux-based Internet and networking appliances,
according to documents filed this week with the Securities and
Exchange Commission. The filings indicate that Intel spent $3
million to acquire 666,666 shares of the Broomfield, Colo.,
company.”
