polyXmass 0.10

2002-07-08  Filippo Rusconi

        * visuals-X.c (findvisual_makecanvas_itemsin_GPA): corrected a
        bug which appeared when drawing the find/replace line under the
        monomer which were found when the found sequence element spanned
        more than two lines. This was due to not setting the coordinates
        of the right end of line point for the lines between the first and
        the last . Now seems to work perfectly well. Indeed, finding the
        whole sequence of the polymer will draw a line under all the
        monomers that make the sequence!

2002-07-01  Filippo Rusconi

        * seqed-wnd-X.c (seqed_wnddeletesequence_portion): changed
        function to take into account the fact that the user may ask the
        work to be done on the indexes or the pointers in the seqcoord
        parameter.
        (seqed_wnddestroyselected_oligomer): changed function to
        leverage the code in the function above:
        seqed_wnddeletesequence_portion ().

Peacock 0.5

Hey all

Peacock 0.5 has just been released, featuring the PonG library. This is makes
it the very few (if no the only) program using PonG for its Preferences etc.

Peacock is a HTML Editor for GTK+/GNOME. It supports most of basic HTML. It features Session Management and HTML Preview using the GtkHTML widget, Drag N' Drop among other things. Its distributed under GPL.

NEWS:
        * GConf+PonG based preferences.
        * bug fixes, as always :-)

DOWNLOAD:
        http://sourceforge.net/projects/showfiles.php?group_id=3369

Users of peacock will notice (much to there dissappointment) that I was
unable to provide RPMs, and SRPMs this time. If someone wants it, bug some
packager to do it :-)

Cheers!
