“Caldera and Microsoft have agreed to settle a long suit which
will see Caldera receive a sizeable settlement.”

“Just weeks before Microsoft’s top executives were scheduled to
stand trial, Caldera, Inc. and Microsoft Corp. have agreed to
settle their long and drawn out suit. Under the suit, top Microsoft
executives included, Steve Ballmer, Joachim Kempin, Paul Maritz,
Brad Chase and former executive Brad Silverberg….”

forward to vigorous competition in the marketplace with our Linux
products and strategies both from Caldera Systems, Inc. and Lineo,
Inc.
