A Judge’s World: Leveraging Open Source Software

“FUD is an abbreviation of fear, uncertainty and doubt; it is
often a salesman strategy: spreading false rumours of fear,
uncertainty and doubt regarding others’ products. Open source
software (OSS) is its victim. In our country no one has to do it
about OSS: it arises because of ignorance. I am glad that in 9th
National e-Governance Conference, we are discussing OSS and open
standards: due to their nature and our strength, they can play
crucial role in IT world.
