“To get started, simply choose a game from the list, and begin
playing. Aisleriot has full undo/redo, and will allow you to go all
the way back to the beginning if you so choose and start over, or
backup, and then go forward if you want to review a series of
plays. There’s even an easy to get to restart, new game, and hint
features as well.

“Under the “game” menu you can find “recently played” and
“statistics”. The first shows you the games (card games like free
cell and klondike, not actual rounds) you’ve played, and the second
shows you how well you’re doing.

“”View” provides you with the ability to go full screen (F11
does the same thing) or turn on or off the toolbar. There’s also a
cool little submenu called “Card style” that allows you to choose
the look of your cards from two default styles.”
