“MontaVista Software Inc., the company powering the embedded
revolution, and Trolltech AS have joined forces to create a
comprehensive and integrated embedded Linux platform.”

“Developers can see a demo of MontaVista’s Hard Hat Linux
bundled with Trolltech’s Qt/Embedded at MontaVista’s booth 122 at
the Embedded Systems Conference in San Francisco, April 10 – 12.
The demo will be running on a Compaq iPAQ that features a palmtop
computing environment designed and built with Qt/Embedded.”

“The new agreement combines Trolltech’s Qt/Embedded development
framework with MontaVista’s Hard Hat Linux distribution in a
comprehensive platform — operating system, development framework,
and embedded windowing system — for embedded systems
developers.”
