Built on top of the recently released, Enlightenment-based Moksha 0.2.1 desktop environment, and based on the Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS (Xenial Xerus) operating system, Bodhi Linux 4.0.0 arrives in its final, production-ready state powered by the long-term supported Linux 4.4 kernel fully patched against the “Dirty COW” vulnerability. Bodhi Linux 4.0.0 has been in development for the past four months, during which it received two Alpha snapshots and no less than three Beta builds, which brought numerous improvements, bug fixes, and lots of goodies to the GNU/Linux distribution that features its own Enlightenment-based desktop environment, the gorgeous Moksha.
