“Caldera Systems Inc., (Nasdaq: CALD) the Linux for eBusiness
company, today announced that they will continue their
tradition of offering free Linux training to attendees at Comdex
and Linux Business Expo April 18 – 20 at McCormick Place in
Chicago
, IL.”

“Each morning Caldera’s OpenLearning Instructors will teach
courses on OpenLinux eDesktop installation, Samba with SWAT, and
Shell Scripting. Attendance is free of charge but participants must
sign up for classes at the Caldera-sponsored Linux Learning Center,
booth L2476. Each session lasts 30 minutes.”

“In the afternoon, Caldera will offer a Business Solutions
session, open to IT managers and VARs, from 1:00 to 4:45. In this
session, experts from Caldera Systems, Oracle, and Omnis will teach
OpenLinux eServer installation, Oracle database products, and Omnis
Studio. There is no charge for the session but participants must
sign up at the Caldera-sponsored Linux Learning Center, booth
L2476.”
