“Under the agreement, Einux will supply technology to
Elitegroup’s motherboards and server products and Elitegroup will
manufacture Einux’s server line. The agreement covers a wide range
of server technologies, including Einux’s High Density Cluster
Server Array Architecture, introduced here yesterday. The terms of
the agreement were undisclosed.”

“Einux manufactures and markets scalable Internet servers and
server appliances. Designed for e-businesses and ISPs where space
is often at a premium, Einux servers are just 1U (1.75 inches)
high, enabling up to 164 servers to fit in a standard equipment
rack.”

“Einux’s servers come standard with Einux’s Server operating
system based on the popular Linux platform, and feature Intel(R)
(Nasdaq:INTL) processors.”
