“GameCom…announced today that it has completed its Linux
installation into its ‘Net GameLink(TM) interactive entertainment
system.”

“As part of ‘Net GameLink(TM)’s continuing evolution, we are
leveraging the power of Redhat 6.1 Linux to perform ‘Net
GameLink(TM)’s firewalling and routing services,” said Brandon
Hale, president of Connect Computer Solutions, Inc., GameCom’s
computer consultants. “This reliance on Linux greatly reduces
‘Net GameLink(TM)’s hardware requirements.

“GameCom (www.GameComInc.com) designed and manufactures ‘Net
GameLink(TM), an interactive Internet gaming entertainment system
first unveiled this past July. ‘Net GameLink(TM) utilizes
network-enabled gaming kiosks, and is powered by the
AMD-K6(R)-III/450 processor.”
