Hewlett-Packard Company today announced a $50-per-unit
customer rebate on its new HP Entria G and L series of thin-client
appliances.
When combined with their HP Entria G and/or L
series thin-client appliance purchase, customers will receive an
additional 8 percent rebate on the purchase price of their HP
NetServer systems. The rebate period extends for purchases made
today through Dec. 31, 1999…”

“The HP Entria L thin-client appliance is designed specifically
for mainstream business users who require access to both Microsoft
Windows NT and Web-based applications, such as corporate Intranets.
The HP Entria L series is based on the Linux operating system and
includes a local browser that provides end users with the
flexibility and enhanced performance needed to complete their
everyday tasks.”
