services for Linux and open-source software, today announced that
it has signed an agreement with Resonate to provide Linux
consulting, education, and technical support to Resonate’s services
team and customer base.
Resonate, a leading provider of
Internet Services Management(iSM)solutions, will work with
Linuxcare to provide comprehensive services for all Linux-based
Resonate solutions.”

“With the trend towards a greater sense of speed with less room
for error, it is clear that IT organizations must have tools and
services to enable them to take control of their e-business
applications. The demand for ensuring service levels, uptime and
scalability has increased as enterprises deploy more complex
e-business applications. Many of these enterprises are looking to
Linux as the platform for e-business. By combining Linuxcare’s
educational and professional services in the Linux environment with
Resonate’s proven(iSM)solutions, Resonate’s customers are able to
migrate to Linux, without sacrificing performance and scalability.
Resonate’s family of iSM software and services solutions provide
service level management, performance management, monitoring of
service health, real-time control of application components,
detailed performance tracking and trend analysis.”
