“LinuxOne(TM), Inc., “One Stop for Linux”(TM), has entered into
an exclusive Distribution Agreement with the Sichuan International
Economy, Science & Technology Promotion Association (the
“Promotion Association”), which provides for the distribution of
all LinuxOne products throughout Southwest China. The Promotion
Association is an organization established and operated by the
Chinese government to promote products and technology, and has
agreed to distribute the LinuxOne products in Sichuan Province,
Chongqing City, Yunnan Province, Guiyang Province and the Tibet
Autonomous Region, which have a combined population of over one
billion people.”

The initial products to be distributed by the Promotion
Association will be the Chinese language versions of LinuxOne OS
and LinuxOne-Lite(TM).
LinuxOne-Lite(TM) is a version of the
popular Linux operating system specifically tailored for the
first-time or non-power user who desires to test Linux software and
learn how to use it.”

“Dr. Wun C. Chiou, Sr., President and CEO of LinuxOne, Inc.
stated, “We are extremely pleased with the enthusiastic response
our Chinese versions of LinuxOne OS and LinuxOne-Lite have received
since their release at an Asian trade show on December 3, 1999. We
intend to vigorously market all of our products in the Asian
market, and we are very excited about our Distribution Agreement
for the areas of Southwest China. We feel this is yet another
demonstration of our commitment to the Worldwide Linux Community
and our desire to bring innovative new products into the Chinese
market.”
