“Netgem SA and ConSors France, the French arm of Europe’s
leading online brokerage firm, have agreed to partner together to
create a TV portal providing comprehensive, personalized financial
services for consumers, built around Netgem’s Internet on TV
solution, the netbox, and ConSor’s financial services expertise.

“The two companies have signed a memorandum of understanding
establishing the foundation for an important new medium for the
delivery of financial services. A financial services pack,
comprised of a Netgem solution, a secure access to the consors.fr
portal, free e-mail and Internet access will be made available to
consumers at very attractive conditions.”

“The ConSors financial services pack will be marketed by ConSors
France, with plans to expand the offer to other ConSors entities
throughout Europe in the future. This offer will permit a
potentially huge audience of consumers, who are not equipped with a
PC, a modem and an Internet account, to have simple, instant and
secure access to a wide range of interactive financial services,
developed around ConSors’ online trading services. “
