OPTX International adds new multi-platform support to serve
its ScreenWatch 2.0 content over RealNetworks G2 Servers on Solaris
and Linux operating systems. The acknowledged leader in
true-to-source, screen-capture software, OPTX International
partners with RealNetworks to stream lossless multimedia screen
content over the Internet or intranet.

“According to RealNetworks’ Lead Program Manager, Dave Cotter,
“With innovative partners like OPTX International, our company is
able to deliver the only complete streaming media solution that
reaches the 175,000 new users who access RealSystem G2 each day and
the 125 million registered unique users of RealPlayer. By adding
Solaris and Linux capabilities, OPTX is joining us in the delivery
of streaming media and Internet broadcasting over an array of
platforms.”

“Brian Meyerpeter, president and CEO of OPTX International,
says, “We’ve added Solaris and Linux server plug-ins for streaming
media producers using Unix servers. This gives new capabilities to
large organizations that need scaleable, cost-effective, on-demand
training solutions.”
